If you submit a coverage suggestion (via the homepage form or the suggest page), we collect your suggestion text and, if provided, your email address.

Coverage suggestions

Coverage suggestions are stored to help us improve what we monitor and publish. If you include an email address, we may use it to follow up if we have questions.

We also store basic technical metadata with suggestions (for example, the page you submitted from).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your email with advertisers
• We do not track you across the web

Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are viewed in aggregate. We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not attempt to identify individual users.

Retention

Coverage suggestions (and any optional email addresses included with them) are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your suggestion submission (including your email address, if provided) by contacting us at contact@civicsignals.uk.
